It has been a blessing to be a friend of Roy and Gloria Lewis. Roy was always positive in his thinking and in his interaction with others. My life is enriched by his example and friendship. I shall miss visiting him, but I will continue to be in contact with Gloria. Changing your life pattern after 67 years is not easy.

LTC Lewis and his wife Gloria were friends of my parents, Roy and Jeanne Accardi. I heard my mother mention Gloria a lot. What a long, accomplished, wonderful life he had! As a retired officer myself, I'm remembering him in particular, so close to Veteran's Day. My best wishes and condolences to Gloria. Joan Accardi Lankford (Ret. MAJ,USA)
