I met Roy in 1968 when he was my first training instructor as a newly appointed Postal Inspector. He impressed me immediately as a knowledgeable, kind and gentle person. My condolences to his family. May Roy rest in peace.

Roy was always the gentleman and willing to help a "rookie" Inspector. My deepest condolences to the family.

Royallassates in Phase one and three of the Inspection service. I went West and our paths never crossed. He was a fine man.
