I was shocked and saddened when I heard of Brad's paasing.
I first met Brad when he worked at Juvenile Services in Snow Hill and I worked next door at Social Services.
I found Brad to be a friendly, kind person and I will always remember his smile and laughter.
My sincere sympathy to his wife and his family. You will be in my prayers as you go through this most difficult time.
