Royce was a cherished friend to myself {Lisa Card÷Webb ) and my late husband Graeme Webb. Ropa was a Scout Leader with Graeme at 1st Tauranga Scout Group. Ropa was Scout Leader to my 2 boys Jadedon and Brandon, he helped Jadedon get his Chief Scout and was very respected by my family. Ropa and Noeline came to many of our family events and was a very close friend to Graeme who cherished his wisdom and friendship. Our sincere condolences goes to the family.
