Not sure what to say?

Roy and I were cousins--his grandmother and mine were sisters. As I got older, we became closer, despite the difference in our ages and the geographic distance. He was always kind and said that he enjoyed my letters and our phone calls. I was truly proud of all that he accomplished but even more, that he was a good human being, a Mensch. May his memory be a blessing to his family and to all who knew him.

Condolences to the Friedman family. Roy was truly a wonderful man who had great stories to share. I´m grateful to have had the opportunity to work at his company . He was an exceptional human being. Prayers to his family.

Roy was a pleasure to work with and very generous person. He was a great help to our World War II memorial commission and our museum. We will certainly miss him on our committee.

The Friend family expresses its sympathy and condolences regarding the loss of Roy Friedman. My mom, Barbara Friend, has always spoken very highly of him and of his company, Standard Oil. By coincidence, just today, Mom needed emergency assistance from Standard Oil and a representative came out very quickly to help solve the problem. May his memory be a blessing.

My deepest sympathies to all the family and friends of Roy and Standard Oil family. He was a kind generous soul and wonderful teller of his life's adventures. RIP Roy
