Not sure what to say?

Royce was a very dear friend. He and I go way back even before our Boy Scout and Explorer days. We built model cars & trucks together. His Dad and Mom were terrific. Dad, Ralph was our Explorer Post Advisor. Royce you are remembered. I think of you often always with the most fondest of memories. A good friend hope to see you behind the Pearly Gates one day. Still Love you Buddy. Jon Macrina

My deepest condolences go out to Roy's family in this time of grief. I only knew Roy for a few years but we had become good friends in that short time.

Royce was a dear friend of mine from grade school through our college years and even after that. My condolences to the Mason Family. I will miss my dear friend Royce tremendously.

Our smelt-haul

Roy was my business partner in the sign business in 1979. We had much in common. We enjoyed each other's company, loved to laugh at Roy's jokes and story tellings, and probably most of all enjoyed the quiet moments while fishing together.

He was the best sign painter I ever knew. But Roy was never good at catching fish. Roy looks down from heaven now and would get a chuckle from what I am saying. Roy was the very best, actually.

He was something special, and I will remember...

My condolences to the Mason family.
Roy aka Pops, was truly a one of a kind friend, the years I worked with you at The Shop you thought me a lot about bikes and life in general, you are already missed Pops, till we meet again, I hope to see some pin striping on the pearly gates... Rest in Peace my friend!!

Upon learning the sad news of Roy's passing, the wind has been knocked from my sails. Roy was a true gentleman of exceptional talents.
One of his happiest times that I remember was becoming a Grandfather to Maggie & Dylan and then again to Colby.
Grampa Roy will be missed for his easy going, friendly ways. One of the great masters of the painting world has left us. It is a great loss to all those in the industry. Roy's work will live on and on. We have all lost a wonderful mentor who...

So sorry to her about Roy's passing. I was privileged to watch him over the years as he designed and created amazing graphics on a number of custom cars and motorcycles. He was a very talented artist and painter. Another one of the masters has been lost in the show car community. My sincere condolences to the entire Mason family. Roy will be missed.
