Royce was a patriot and community leader who deeply cared about the lives of others to include their family members. He was also there to help and assist when needed. He loved Vancouver and dedicated his life making it a wonderful place to live.

RIP Mr. Pollard. Thank you for your service to our country as well as the beautiful City of Vancouver, WA. Condolences to the family and community members that knew him well.

Such a great man! Always loved seeing him at our Chanukkah candle lighting downtown Vancouver. He will be missed by many.
