Not sure what to say?

Happy almost birthday, old friend. I still think of you often. The other day I was telling someone about the lightening strike right outside my classroom door. I feel like people think I exaggerate when I say how close we were to that tree, but man....we really were just a few steps away! Can´t wait to reminisce about that and other things that we experienced at Park. I hope you are in wonder and awe where you are. See ya around...

I have so manyl loving memories of my love. I miss him so much and will love him forever

We both remember that he had a wonderful sense of humor and was a kind and good man. Good memories. Our deep condolences. Margaret and Danny Pacheco

As a teacher, I remember when we raised ducks at Park and the baby ducks would follow Rubel around like he was their mama. He was very special to everyone at Park.

So sorry for your loss familia de Montoya. May he rest in peace. Phil y JoAnn Alcón.

Rubel was one of my best friends at Park School. I looked forward to our daily conversations and his positive outlook brightened my days. Someone so special will never be forgotten.

I worked with Rubel many years at Park. But what I remember most is him working in booth at Peerless. When u would visit there was hardly room to move around. He was definitely a people person. RIP Rubel. = Rob Smith

What a good man and friend! In our years together in the "La Plata Mesa Club", he always supported every charitable activity enthusiastically and and with geniality. May he rest in peace.

Rubel was one of the good guys. He was always so kind to me, always had a story to tell, was proud of the work he did, and loved his family. He was always dependable, hard working, and enjoyed his time at Park Elementary. I worked for the school district as well, and he was always smiling. He will be missed.
