CAPTAIN GARCIA MY YOU REST IN PEACE MR. GARCIA KNEW MY FAMILY FOR MANY,MANY YEARS AND ME AS A CHILD WHEN I WAS ATTENDING SCHOOL WITH LORRAINE AT ST. FRANCIS CATHOLIC SCHOOL. TWO OF MY SISTERS WORKED WITH MR. GARCIA WHEN THE POLICE STATION WAS AT THE FORT BROWN LOCATION.RUBEN JR. AND LORRAINE AND ALL OF THE GARCIA FAMILY MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES AND MY GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.

May the good Lord be with all of your family, I know it is especially hard losing a member of your family around holidays.

Ruben and Christina and Family, Our deepest condolences and sympathy on the loss of your Father. As I was reading the obituary I was remembering when as kids we would always go by your Grandmother "Chucha" store to buy candy. Would sometimes see your Dad and was always so scare of him. I guess he knew that we were scare of him cause he would always smile. Very good memories growing up in La Buena Vida Project. God Bless You Guys.
