Dear Gutierrez Family,

I am so sorry for you loss. Having lost my father at 64 when I was 30, the memories resurrect that sorrow for you and yours. I was told then that shared sorrow is half sorrow and shared joy is twice the joy, your sorrow is shared and the joy of Ruben’s rest in the Savior more than twice the joy. May this bitter time be short and the memories renew your heart with joy.

Sincerely, Jim Mathis

My condolences to the family at this most difficult time. May the God of all comfort provide you with the needed strength and courage so you can cope with your great loss.
