Not sure what to say?

To the Santos Family: My husband and I offer our condolences for the loss of your loved one. Ruben and I have served on several committees together in our community work. He has always been concerned for what was best for Waco as a whole. We will miss Ruben very much. God will take care of you. Phyllus Sauls Flowers (Clark)

To the Santos Family,

Our deepest sympathy for your loss. We have such great memories of Ruben's influence at Baylor through his leadership of Sing, his wonderful decorations of the BDSC every Christmas, his work with the fraternities, and his great sense of style and grace. While he will be greatly missed, his legacy at Baylor and in Waco will live on.

To Ruben's family
Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. Remembering our dear friend and great boss of 25 plus years with many smiles.
Cooper and Connor - I know you are so sad and miss your Grandfather but I am glad you had him for these years in your life. You will know from now on what a great man he was and how much he loved you and how very proud he was of you. He will always be with you. He is "On the Road Again" - looking at the mountains - what a great view he must have...

Dear Barbara and Gigi,
It is difficult for me to relate to your loss. I do know you have wonderful memories and you will depend on God's love as you work through these difficult days ahead. Remember God has promised to never leave us alone. Your strength will be a witness for others.

I was very sorry to hear of Ruben's passing. He was a wonderful, caring man whose positive attitude could make one feel better on the worst day. He would put his heart into anything he ever did, even something as silly as decorating our department for halloween (those of you who work/worked at Brazos know what I mean). He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Barbara and family.

Ruben always made my work easier at city hall during his tenure. He loved his family and was always excited about going camping in Colorado at Lake Isabel. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all. Blessings,

Mrs. Santos and Family,

Ruben served as chairman and board member of the Central Texas Economic Development District and Certified Development Company. He was greatly admired for his graciousness and expertise in all his endeavors with the organization and by the members and staff. It was truly a privilege and honor to know and work with him. He will be greatly missed in the community and especially by his family. We extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. May his...

Barbara and family,

Thank you for sharing your wonderful husband and father with the people of Waco, Baylor and Brazos Higher Ed. I enjoyed working with Ruben at Brazos and getting to know his wonderful contributions to the citizens of Waco, McLennan County and Baylor. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. I know that he now walks by the side of God and is watching over his family and friends. Earth lost a truly great man, but Heaven received an Angel. God bless you now and...

To the Chris, Gigi & Lislie,
