We lost a great man and great example of a caring individual. Ruben was the only waiter we used when we went to Don Pedro´s back when the Montemayor family owned it. It only logical that he buy the place and continue its´ tradition of great food and service. We will all miss his greetings at the restaurant and his concern for everyone. Rest In Peace mi Amigo.
