I really regret not being able to attend Ruben's Memorial but my own health issues prevent it. Ruben was my "Best Friend" my entire life. He and I were raised in the same neighborhood in Houston. TX and became friends starting in Middle School. We were only 1 day apart in age and did all the things teens do together.
