Ruben was born on December 5, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Ruben was a resident of Nolan, West Virginia at the time of his passing. He was married to Thelma. Visitation is from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday July 14 2016 at Weaver Mortuary in West Williamson. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Friday July 15 2016 at the mortuary. Reverends Ray Taylor Earl White Johnny Ray Taylor and Mike Smith will officiate. Interment is in the Mountain View Memory Gardens at Maher WV.
