Dr. Akin and Ruby were very sweet people. I had the privilege of working with Dr Joe for several years and sharing in his love of Corvettes. That is how I met Ruby. She was always very sweet, smiling, and full of life. They were a wonderful blessing to the community and anyone that came in contact with them, for any reason.
