If my memory is correct, she was the music teacher at Old Donation Elementary School for a short time in late 60s-early 70s. Fond memories of singing "Coming round the mountain" and "el Gato" in music class.

Ruby was a pioneer for music education, and a visionary for the community. Her energy, passion, and steadfastness came from her deep knowledge of her Savior. I learned so much from Dr. Allen, she has left a Legacy that is boundless.
