I only learned of your mama's passing yesterday, when I was talking to Jennie. How marvelous that one woman touched so many young girls' lives in such a loving and encouraging way that stir such fond memories amongst the 128 troop. Debbie and Deenie, My prayers are with you during this time. Regardless of their age or health, letting go of our beloved mothers is hard to do. Your mother was an example to many. And she raised two very strong and special women. Thinking of you.

For years my parents watched you on WLBT. They even kept up with your birthday and anniversary. My dad, too, passed away in December at the age of 88. God bless you and your children and may He hold you in His care as you go through the days ahead.
