I loved spending Sunday afternoon at Uncle Carl and Ruby's farm. Our cousin Greg with us three kids would explore the animal lots with chickens, geese, rabbits, and goats after catching crawdads in the creek. Carl's garden, ever green and fruiting, was the backdrop of the farm that saw Ruby's table full to overflowing on those lovely summer afternoons.
