My sincere condolences to the Brackney family. Ruby was a shining light and a fun person to be around when we were young. I am sure that personality stayed with her her whole life. She will be sorely missed. Love you all.

I, Don, used to live one block from Ruby in Dayton OH back in 1952 and 1953. Back then we neighborhood teens used to all meet at Quillings neighborhood store. After I married we used to visit with Woody and Ruby and their then two little girls many times. Ruby loved to dance and so did those little girls. NCR moved us to TX in l972, but we have kept in touch all these years through Woody. Our thoughts and prayers go to all the family. Ruby will surely be missed by everyone. Don and Mary...
