Ruby Elsie Brown, 83, Scottsboro, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2015.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at Scottsboro Free Holiness Church. Burial will be in Hytop Cemetery. W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel directing.
