Randy and I wanted to pass on our condolences on the passing of your mother. When I met you in the lobby of the Orchard Living Centre this past summer you told me your mother was a resident – but I had no idea your mother was Ruby. I saw Ruby almost every time I visited my mother-in-law, Winnifred Burgess. Ruby was usually in the hallway walking. She always looked so lovely and was so friendly.
