KEVIN, CAROLINE AND FAMILY. YOU GUYS SURE WERE DEVOTED TO YOUR MOTHER AND SHE REALLY DID DESERVE THAT. TO LOSE YOUR MOTHER IS ALWAYS A SAD OCCASION, NO MATTER HOW LONG SHE LIVED. I THINK WE ARE NEVER REALLY READY TO LET A MOTHER GO. I HOPE YOU FIND COMFORT IN THE THOUGHT THAT A LOVING GOD KNOWS BEST AND THAT SHE IS CALLED HOME TO A PEACEFUL PLACE. MAY ALL YOUR FOND MEMORIES KEEP HER WITH YOU. I KNOW WE WILL MISS HER AT BONNE BAY HEALTH CENTER. Otto also sends his regards.

To Kevin and Carolyn and all of the Bugden family my deepest sympathies on Gertie's passing. Your mother and I became great friends when my Mom was a resident of the Bonne Bay Long Term Care Centre. We visited together every day. She was a great comfort to me when my Mom passed. May she rest in peace.

I would like to send my deepest condolences to you all on the loss of Aunt Gertie. Aunt Gertie was such a kind, gentle, class A lady. I will miss her dearly and will remember her with fond memories. I played a lot of cards with her back in the day . If theres ever was an angel, she is one for sure ❤ RIP Aunt Gertie
