My husband and I met Ruby and her sister Brenda when they came to Waterloo to buy a coke machine for her husband. Although I only met Ruby twice, I was immediately struck by her personality. Just talking to her for a few minutes made me feel better, as if we were old friends. There was a light and a peace that surrounded her; I've never met anyone like her.
