Not sure what to say?

I was recently made aware that Ruby had passed away. In the short time we knew Ruby and George, they left a mark on all of those they encountered. They became our neighbors in Klamath Falls and what a joy they were. Brought our small neighborhood together. Of all our neighbors on Montavilla Dr, they stand out in our memories and we kept in touch when they moved to Vancouver. Sad to hear she is gone but so many memories of our short time live on and know she is in good hands and with George.

We met Ruby when she was our oldest daughter´s 4th grade teacher in Bend, Oregon. We became life long friends, like about 57 years. She was fun to be with and a great talker. We loved seeing her and visiting with her. Ruby will be greatly missed.

Ruby will be missed by all. She was a jewel.. She enjoyed going going down the our cabin in Seaside with my folks for a weekend! She supported our son Fr Matthias when he was ordained.

From the day my Mother chose to name me after her, through sleepovers and beach trips, to our relationship as adults, she was a wonderful Auntie. She and her sisters were a constant source of love and joy in life. Now that Aunt Ruby is back in Uncle George's arms, I will remember her always.

May George and Ruby, whose friendship has been a treasure since the mid 1970's, enjoy forever in heaven the love they so wonderfully demonstrated among us on earth.
