I will miss our conversations and laughs. I often remember how we met at Peoples Baptist Church and played on the softball team together. You have been a great source of inspiration for me and lifting my spirits with your laugh and your words. I love you and miss you.

To the family of Ruby: You have my deepest condolences in the passing of a Christian loving person. Ruby and I had been childhood friends meeting at Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev.A.L. Dykes and Rev. Dr. I.T. Bradley singing in the junior choir and Usher Board. Later in life, we met, had lunch and rekindle our friendship and sang. Ruby fought a courage fight maintaining her strength. She has met her maker (God) with open wings singing and walking in through the street...

To The Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ruby and I were childhood friends at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. We were in Sunday school classes and on the usher boards together. I loved to hear Ruby sing; she had a beautiful voice as a child and even more beautiful as an adult. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. You are in my prayers. God bless you.

Ruby was a lifelong friend whom I adored dearly. She was always ready to give me her honest advice and opinion and although blunt she was the epitome of sweetness. She will be missed greatly by so many but I find comfort in knowing that she lays in the arms of Our Lord. She was always a devoted Christian and took care of everybody around her. Rest in heaven Ruby. You will never be forgotten and left a wonderful Legacy to your family.
