My Dearest Ruby, We both graduated from Del Mar College Of Nursing. Forty -Three (43) years ago we met while I was an R.N. Consultant for Long Term Care. You taught me the care for residents in nursing homes! I learned so much from you during those few days while you surveyed our nursing home and after as you continued to be our "State Survey Nurse".Yes, you were tough but certainly fair and you always had the compassion for the elderly.
You left many of us in Long Term Care nursing...
