It is with a sad heart that I send my long-absent greetings to you at the news of your mother/grandmother's passing. Ruby undoubtedly was a great and wonderful influence and role model in your lives. What a rich treasure of memories she leaves behind! I think of you often -- the days in Alpha Room, your academic achievements, and Sylvia's ever-positive support. Alan, I remember how beautiful your parents tended your home. I took my husband past there last Sept. and told him stories of your wonderful family. I am so sorry for your loss.
