Mrs. Garrison was my 5th Grade Teacher at Pine Street School in the late 1970's. She had a reputation as a stern disciplinarian and assigned more homework than any other teacher. But I always knew she cared for us and wanted the best for us. On a personal level she showed me more kindness than any other teacher in Perrysburg. I will always remember her fondly.
