Not sure what to say?

To the family of Mrs. Gist, just learned of your loss and I send our sincere condolences. Our sister was a new resident at Park Place when MS Ruby arrived. See was always very pleasant to all those around her & loved her sports, we had many conversations about the basketball playoffs & her beloved Panthers.
I know she will be missed by all who knew her.

Family of Cousin Ruby, I was in the 10th grade Union High School sitting toward the back of the class. She, Mrs. Gist came into the class sat at her desk and began to look the class over. She spotted me, called me to her desk and perseded to tell me I was her cousin. From that day forward we always greeted one another with a smile and hello cousin. She was one of the few teachers that left a lasting impression on you. So kind & sweet. Forever missed. Your cousin,CBS

Mrs. Ruby ( Grandma)
I never knew a total stranger could grab my heart so quickly. You became Grandma soon after starting work at the Inverness. You always greeted everyone with your smile and cheerful laugh, no matter how you felt you never let it show. Your presence at Inverness will always be felt deeply.

The Amick family of Spartanburg was saddened to learn of "Miss Ruby's" passing.
