I was lucky enough to play on Senior Tennis teams with Ruby and even flying to Boise for Regionals a couple of times. Mostly it was just many matches in the noisy Old Farm Bubble enjoying her warm personality and competitive spirit.

What an inspiring life. Ruby truly made a difference in the lives of many. It's been a true blessing to know here these past 20 years at Holladay UCC. She never stopped caring and sharing and always led by example.

We Loved Ruby as a teacher, JEA Pres., Tennis instructor and lifelong Legislative worker. The list is too long to include everything she did but she had a profound influence on me when I was a JEA President, and as a teacher of my children. We love you, Ruby! My condolences to Ruby´s family. I knew her through tennis at Salt Lake Tennis and Health Club. She always had a smile on her face when I saw her. She was a very giving woman. She will be missed.
