SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. I HAD THE PRIVELEDGE OF WORKING WITH RUBY AT WINDSORWOOD PLACE. I MAINLY WORKED THE MIDNIGHT SHIFT AND SPENT ALOT OF TIME HOLDING RUBY'S HAND AND TALKING TO HER THE NIGHT BEFORE HER PASSING. I am so honored to have the privilege of knowing your grandmother. I always called her a "saucy minx" with her flaming red hair and her charming, warm personality. I was always treated as on of the family and for that I am greatful. I will truly miss her.
