Ruby Hoggard was an amazing, wonderful, loving, caring, supportive, sweet neighbor and women. She always had a smile on her face and was always positive about life. I always cherished the wonderful times me and my family (The Richardson's on cahill street) had with her with dinners, talking on the phone with her, and her watching me and my sister as we were growing up riding our Mermaid Big wheels racing down the street and us riding our bikes. Ruby was such a wonderful lady. I know her family misses her so much. My mom and dad are Jeff and Kim that live on Cahill St. I grew up with Ruby being my neighbor. She always liked to watch my sister and I ride our big wheels up and down the road. Her precense will surly be missed. My prayers go out to the family.

Ruby was our special neighbor here on Cahill Street and our words can not express how much we loved her!!! We are going to miss her here on the road forever...she made us feel so welcome and loved the moment we moved here almost 22 years ago...we had many a laughs and she always made me feel special and welcome at her home....she was a very special lady and we are praying for the family.
