Not sure what to say?

Tom,

I am so sorry for your family's loss. I hadn't seen my neighbor Ruby in a few weeks and went over to check on her and found out from Andy that she had passed. She was doing so well when I saw her a few weeks prior. I will miss her kindness and smiles. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Traci and Garrett Metcalf

Tom I just learned of Rubys passing. I am so sorry for your loss! I know the love you have for her. And how hard this time must be for you. Just reminder your family & friends are here for you.

For Andy, Dan and Joe  An account of my time with your mother.Dear Ruby,It is hard to believe that just a few short hours after leaving your bedside that the angels led you to your safe resting place.  I will never forgive myself for not staying at your side.  I promised you a hundred times I would not let you be alone.  The Ruby Kirk I know and loved was not known by many.  I want to take this time to share with everyone the Ruby I knew and loved.  One of our first outings was to the Corn...

Dear Ruby's Family,
My name is Terry (Downey) Reynolds. In 1972 my then husband and I traveled through
Europe with your mom and dad. I have many fond memories of that trip. One morning, in what was then Yugaslavia, we all piled into a fiat 500 to head towards Greece. We rounded the mountain to find the sun behind it, a jackknifed bus ahead of us on the highway and a sheer drop off on the other side. It was Dec. and there was ice on the road. We all prayed that we would stop...

Andy,
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this difficult time. Just know she is in a better place and that thought alone will help you through.

Dan & Joe, I was so sorry and surprised to hear about your Mom. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of your family. Ruth Ball - Trevor's Mom

Ruby's Family:

I also grew up in Hazelton with Ruby. Although she was my sister's age we rode horseback (she on her beloved "Shorty") and rode and visited on many summer days and evenings. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Marcia (Spicer)Traylor

I was so sorry to learn of Ruby's passing. I, too, grew up in Hazelton and considered Ruby one of my closest friends in grade school. As little kids we loved making mud pies with Sherry Reynolds who lived across the street, taking part in school activities, and traveling together to tap dance classes in Alva. Ruby was always fun loving and an avid fan of the Mickey Mouse Club. Although I moved to Wichita before 6th grade and we saw each other infrequently after that, those special memories...

Tom, Andy, Dan & Joe,

We were so sorry to hear about Ruby. We love you Kirks.........

We shared so many times together through our boy's sports events......basketball, baseball....
Boy Scouts and school events....
paint balling trips, birthday parties, and Danny and Joey's music.....

Ruby was so patient and mentoring to all those boys.....and the fun we had enjoying each other's company raising our kids.....and celebrating at the East High graduation.
