Ruby Ledin
Ruby Ann Ledin, 69, of Houston, TX, formerly from Hoyt Lakes, MN, passed away Monday, May 15, 2023, in Houston, TX.
She was born on June 9, 1953, in Superior, WI to Rubin and Eleanore (L'Allier)Ledin. She graduated from Aurora Hoyt Lakes High School in 1971. She was previously married and divorced.
After high school graduation, Ruby studied Medical Secretary at Duluth Area Vocational Technical School. She moved to Texas in the 70's and was a secretary at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Houston until she retired in 2014.
Ruby enjoyed doing puzzles along with crocheting and other art projects. She was an avid dog lover, having numerous ones over the years.
Surviving are brothers Richard (Dianne) Ledin, Ronald (Patricia) Ledin, sister-in-law Ruth Ledin, nieces, and nephews, along with great nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Rubin Ledin in 1982, and Eleanore (L'Allier) Ledin in 2007, and brother Randy Ledin in 2003, and nephew Brett Ledin in 2021.
Memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 1 p.m. at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 4525 Bissonnet, St. Bellaire, Texas, 713-667-6505. www.earthmanbellaire.com
