Not sure what to say?

I will always hold my memories of Ruby close to my heart. I felt that we were kindred spirits. Sending love to Sheldon, Brent Chaia, Lilia and family. Debbie Lee

I will never forget dear Ruby. She helped me rescue a litter of pups on the Blanco River and then offered to foster them until I found a place in San Antonio to take them. Ruby was like that...generous, spur of the moment, always doing the right thing even if it was inconvenient. I miss her and her loving spirit. With love to her dear ones, Debbie

It’s been three years since Ruby brightened the lives of those of us who respected and loved her. I miss everything about her. And my heart goes out to Sheldon, Brent, Chaia and Lilia. With love and kind regards,

I miss Ruby! The world is a better place because she lived in it and inspired those of who loved her to be more. I treasure my conversations with her as well as our shared love for dogs that included a trip to the Blanco River to rescue a litter of puppies dumped on the roadside. Ruby and Sheldon fostered those little ones until they were taken in by a shelter. That was 14 years ago; I am reminded of that day as I adopted one of those pups, now a much loved senior.
Ruby and her wonderful...

I cannot begin to express how important Miss Ruby was to me and my Saraphina; I miss you desperately Miss Ruby and I am so grateful that you were there to help my Saraphina cross over on Saturday, knowing you are there for her is the only thing that gives me strength.
Brent and Sheldon, I am sending you much love, I am sorry for you loss, we were all so blessed to have Miss Ruby, defender of animals, in this World.
Love to all of you.

First time Lilia met and played with her Great Miss Ruby

Miss Ruby was my grandmother, but of course we never called her grandma." I have always heard that the origin of Miss Ruby was the character Miss Ellie on "Dallas," which the Lloyds used to watch together. She was the strong, loving, highly-respected matriarch of the family. Ruby Lloyd was just too young and beautiful to be called grandma when my older brother Clint was born, so she was Miss Ruby from then on.

And Miss Ruby really was all of those things. Strong, loving, beautiful...

My heart goes out to Sheldon, Brent, Chaia and all of Ruby's family, including Lizzie and Otis. I will miss your dear one. Over the years I have treasured Ruby's friendship. She was exceptional- intelligent, kind, generous, spirited, independent minded and always willing to go well beyond the call of duty especially when it came to family and dogs. I will hold her close to my heart.
