I had the pleasure and honor to work with Ruby at the Domino's Pizza corporate office 1980-1989. She was a fascinating person with great love for her family, learning and always on the go.

My thoughts and prayers to Craig, Al, Vicki, and all of Ruby's family. I met Ruby after I started to work at the Domino's Pizza at 12th and West Lynn. Not only did Craig and Ruby bring Austin and Travis Co the first Domino's Pizza, I think they were the first west of the Mississippi. I worked with them from 1977 until 1986 and remember the the fun at work and the picnics in the summer where you could always find Henry and Ruby along with their family and Domino's family.

Hana, I knew there was some reason this obituary grabbed my attention. I was already chuckling at the stories and telling my husband when I saw that she was your grandma! She sounds like a remarkable person, and you were so lucky to have her, but I know it's hard to lose her. All of you have our sympathy. My children had a "Grandma Ruby," too (their great-grandmother).

Ruby always had a smile on her face when I was around. Always talking about everything. She was so great. I loved her. She was always doing things.

She encouraged me to walk. I feel so much better after my walk and loved walking with Ruby. She was a nature lover, and an inspiration. I will always remember her.
