Ruby Lee Martin

Ruby Lee Martin, 80, of Marysville, Ohio died peacefully at 1:10 p.m. Saturday, 19 September 2015 in Columbus, Ohio. She was born 29 June 1935 in Raleigh, North Carolina, the daughter of the Late Ambrose and Maggie Chavis. Surviving are a son David P. Martin and wife Darlene of Waverly, Ohio, four daughters, Dotty Hamilton and husband Charles of Idlewild, Michigan, Gladys Dillon and husband Carlin of London, Ohio, Yolanda Martin of Laurelville, Ohio and Rose Timmons and husband Terry of Marysville, 14 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Ruby was a homemaker and a loving mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands and a son Howard Locklear. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a. m. Tuesday 22 September 2015 at BOYER FUNERAL HOME in Waverly, Ohio with Pastor Terry Lawson, officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery, Beaver, Ohio.
