Ruby was born on August 22, 1926 and passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2018. Ruby was a resident of North Carolina at the time of passing. Ruby attended school in High Point and in San Diego, California. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018, at 11:00 AM at the Front Street United Methodist Church Chapel by Rev. Marshall Old. The burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Front Street United Methodist Church, 136 S. Fisher Street, Burlington, NC 27215 or NC Lions Foundation, P O Box 39, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673.
Ruby was a wonderful aunt. Proud to say I was her niece. We saw her about 2 weeks ago, and she was still sharp as a tack. May God be with her children and grandchildren during this difficult time.
