Ruby Mae (Culler) Mincey, of Fort lauderdale, Florida, born on December 13, 1934 in Yukon, West Virginia, to the late Virgie Nipper Culler and Homer Culler, passed away at age 83 on August 29, 2018 in Gainesville, Florida. Ruby was preceded in death by her sons, Michael Bruce Mincey, Wilburn Darrell Mincey, and Stephan Otis Mincey.; brother, Billy Culler; and sisters, Mary Salvino and Shirley Newman. She is survived by her son, Allan E. Mincey Sr. (Susan Mincey); sister, Harriet Iona White; and grandchildren, Allan E. Mincey Jr., Sabrina Meumann (Wolfgang Meumann), Michael Mincey (Romina Mincey), Albert Mincey, Darrell Mincey (Helen Mincey), Brandon Mincey (Jamie Mincey), and Danielle Jefferson (Richard Jefferson). Friends and family can pay their respects at the memorial service, officiated by Pastor Terry Hull, on Saturday, September 8 at 1:00 p.m. at High Springs Church of God, 23765 NW 182nd Ave, High Springs, Florida, 32643. Not a day goes by that I dont think about you. I think about you all of the time and I miss you more than words could ever describe. I miss your laugh, I miss your witty comments, I miss everything about you. One thing I do know is that youre in a better place and youre no longer suffering. I love you grandma.
