Donna, Heaven has another angel! Ruby was the sweetest and happiest woman! She spread joy wherever she went. She was so happy. It was an honor to know her...and adore her!

My father (John L.S. Hickey RIP 5/2014, loved dancing with Ruby. I met her several times. My father and I visited her recently, she looked beautiful, her winning smile, so gracious. I imagine them both dancing and singing in Heaven. I really miss them both. John L. S. Hickey's daughter, Ellen Backes

My aunt Ruby was such a special person. So many times when I walked into a room she would scream with delight, throw her arms wide open and hug and kiss me. She was such a comfort when my mom died last year at this time. Her wit and charm were unmatched. And besides all that she was the family historian. She loved her family dearly and would generously come to the aid of any of us that needed help. What an amazing and wonderful woman who will be missed by so many.

Ruby always saved me a place at the table during the breaks at the Plano Senior Center Dances. We always had good conversation and she always remembered me. She was very kind, loving and was interested in those around her. I will miss her as I always looked forward to seeing her.
