Ruby Skeeter

My sister Ruby Skeeter was well loved. I could hardly go anywhere in local Suffolk or Portsmouth, or Churchland, VA without someone stepping up to me to praise Ms. Ruby. She was always, in good health, ragging on someone to get a laugh. She was quite the jokester. Her illness took us by surprise because we hadn't seen dementia in our family line. Skeeter doted her love and attention on her grandchildren, one can hope that it was reciprocated. Ruby loved to cook and the neighborhood kids...
