Ruby Ivory Stowe

Ruby Ivory Stowe, 94, of Tuckahoe, passed away on May 16, 2004. "Miss Ruby" dedicated her life to doing "God's work", and helping those less fortunate then herself. She is survived by her children: Otis, Geneva, Clintis, Edward, Catherine and James, 20 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren....
