I had the pleasure of working with Ruby in the Department of Education. She was highly competent, pleasant, and a joy to work with. After she retired, I lost contact with her for many years, but about two years ago I was blessed to reconnect when I saw her name on a mailbox as I was visiting someone in the building where she lived. I worked with Ruby in the Department of Education for over twenty years. She was no doubt one of the nicest and most competent people that I have ever met. My sympathies to her husband and children, all of whom she was extremely proud.
