Not sure what to say?

I knew Ruby nearly 40 years ago when I moved into the ward where she was Relief Society President. She helped me learn how to love the sisters to whom I was assigned to visit teach...even when I asked to be released from it. She encouraged me to keep going and try again. Because of her inspiration and counsel, I was able to break through and discover a friend. Over all these years I've never quit thinking about how she blessed me.

We were sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Loved seeing her, when she lived in Kearns, working in her yard in the early morning hours. She was a great neighbor! Will be keeping all of you in our Thoughts and Prayers.

Anna, Elaine and Delma

I have loved your mom for a very long time. She truly is an example of charity. She welcomed me with open arms. I have known she was a special angel working for our Heavenly Father here on earth. May you as a family be comforted. God Bless

Nancy, I am so sad to hear your mom passed. My memory is when we went up to the Ranch in Franklin and picked asparagus along the river bank then your mom cooked it for dinner. I had never seen them in the wild it was a really fun trip. Hope you are doing well and would love to see you again.

The smell of freshly baked bread will always remind me of Ruby. She accepted me as one of the family when I was a teenager. She also surprised me with a beautiful quilt when I got married. She was a wonderful example of service to others and will be missed. I am glad that I was fortunate enough to know her and her sweet spirit. Sending love & light to her family.

Sister Ruby was the first person that I called friend when I moved to Utah almost 10 years ago. A wonderful sweet, loving and gentle lady I was privileged to know her and looked forward to seeing her at the Jordan River temple.

I had the wonderful opportunity to have served with Sister Whitehead in the Jordan River Temple. She always had a sweet and tender and loving countenance about her. I loved her smile and sense of humor. She loved to be in the temple and always shared her love for her family. My prayers and love to the family of a special daughter of God.

Your mom had the sweetest kindest smile. She was one of the angels on earth! We wish you our fondest condolences! Bishop and Diane Sayer

I cherish the years I worked with this precious sister in the Jordan River Utah Temple. She was a dear soul. I know she is happy to be with her husband and other loved ones again. Peace and comfort to her family.
