Dear Ruby's family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Ruby was such a wonderful, loving, warm and welcoming person. She made our Bill the happiest that he had been for many years, and she "adopted" Perrin and Ben following the loss of both of their parents. I will never forget what she did for our family, and I will always be grateful to her. I am sorry that I will be unable to attend the celebration of her life, but my thoughts will be with you.
