Ruby Reinhardt Williams, 97, of Easton, MD, previously of Conover, NC passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023.
She was born July 26, 1926, to the late Millard L. Reinhardt and Lillie M. Reinhardt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin R. Williams and son Terry L. Williams; brother Roy Reinhardt and sisters Georgie Leatherman, Evelyn Sharpe, and Madeline Lynch.
Ruby worked many years as a secretary at the John Deere Company in Newton, NC. She enjoyed gardening, needlework, and visiting with friends and family.
She is survived by her daughter Kay W. Gay, granddaughter Leigh Ann Schaefer (Ed), and great-grandson Edward C. Schaefer, Jr.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 14 at Catawba Memorial Park, 3060 US Highway 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compass Regional Hospice, 160 Coursevall Drive, Centreville, MD 21617, compassregionalhospice.org.
