RUBY LUCILLE WORKMAN, 91, of Sissonville, W.Va., widow of Nim Workman, died July 12 at home. Services will be noon, Thursday, Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, W.Va.; burial will follow at Workman Cemetery at Kiahs Creek, W.Va. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
