Not sure what to say?

I´ve often thought of Dr. Goetz and always with a smile or a laugh. He delivered my son Victor in Feb of 1982. My son weighed 10lbs 4oz natural birth. The girl in the bed next to me had an 11 lb baby. When I told Dr. Goetz, he responded by telling me "your babies no shrimp" (with his accent). I absolutely loved him. Great man and great doctor. Thank you Dr. Goetz. Retired Genesee Co Sheriff Deputy Barb Thibeaut

I just found this obituary online and it described the essence of this great physician and teacher so well. He was my obstetric mentor and taught me not only the art of managing a difficult birth but also the even greater art of communicating with patients and families, especially when dealing with bad news! He encouraged me to practice obstetrics as a rural family physician, which I was privileged to do for a number of years successfully. Hats off to a remarkable person! He lived his faith...

Dr. Goetz delivered both of my children. I remember waiting for hours to see him. I never minded waiting because I knew that when he came into my room that I has his full attention and would receive the best care. Dr. Goetz was a wonderful man and a wonderful doctor. RIP sweet Dr. Goetz.

I went to school with Michael in the 60's, and met his father once or twice. Always very nice and polite. My condolences to Michael and the rest of the family.

I remember Dr Goetz as a compassionate physician. Worked with him at HURLEY over the years. It was always a pleasure to see him on our unit. I think while I was a student and worked at St Joe, is where I first me Dr Goetz. A fabulous man.

Dr. Goetz was my first ob-gyn. I remember him drawing pictures to maks sure I understood what he was telling me. He was such a gentle soul.
My prayers to you all for comfort.

RIP Dr Goetz. Thank You for delivering me and taking care of my mom 53 years ago. God bless you!

I loved this remarkable man. Carolyn was a lovely friend and nurse for me. I also treasure his bedside manner, Mary Etue and Tony

I still talk about his wonderful bedside manner and his unmatched skills as a physician. Rest in Peace Dr. Goetz.
