Not sure what to say?

I have many fond childhood memories of your family. I was sorry to hear of Rudy's passing. My thoughts are with you.

We got to know Rudy because he called us each year to ship his clothes back up north. He was a true gentleman and will be remembered for his kindness he always reflected.
Our prayers are with his family.

I was a former employee for Rudy's typewriter company back in early 70's. Rudy was one of my favorite people I have ever known in my life.
My prayers are with you all, Rob Sigler

With sincere sympathy, my thoughts and
prayers are with you.

My prayers and thoughts go with all of the family members.
I am a retired 30 yr, Hanover Park Bus Driver. I had Kenny on my bus for a few years.
I do so well remember Rudy as I have had my typewriter serviced by him for years.
May God Bless.

Heavenly Father, we acknowledge You as the giver of life and that you are the one who calls each one of us to eternal life. We pray for all who have been affected by the death of a loved one and we especially lift up the family of Rudolph "Rudy" Matthijssen that they all will know the comfort, peace and strength of Your love in their lives.

We pray, too, for those who walk in support that they will always bring Your love in a gentle and understanding way. We ask through Jesus...

My sincerest sympathies, Mrs. Matthijssen and Scott.....I was at Mrs. Houghton's wake today when my mom told me.....I am so so sorry.

We will miss that dry wit on the fairways of Windstar. With his hunched shoulders and minature cigar hanging from his lib, you always knew who was heading toward you. Then to enjoy the many stories of his travels with his best friend Doris over his lunchtime cocktail made up for the ways of this sand bagger we all loved to tease. Characters are those we miss most in life when then pass on and Rudy was a character! Lee and I will have you Doris and your family in our thoughts and prayers

Our prayers are with all of Rudy's family during this difficult time. He will be sorely missed.
