Not sure what to say?

I still remember him with such wonderful memories- it honestly was such an honor and privilege to have been the nurse in his office his last 5 years of practice . I talk about him often- such a kind, patient and brilliant man. I still miss him.

Dr. Reichert - my mentor. I came to Cardiology in 1973 and worked for and with him in different capacities for years and years. I typed all his personal letters and I loved it - because they were all so full of caring. He was a wonderful teacher, a patient and thoughtful man, always with a heartfelt word of wisdom - even when he wasn't even trying to do so! I will love and respect him forever. He also took care of my Dad. God bless you, Dr. R.

Dr. Reichert invited our family to fish at his pond many times when I was growing up in the area. He was a gentleman and an excellent physician. We will miss him!

Thank you to the Reichert family- for sharing this wonderful man with us! A rare find in life to have both an intellect and humanitarian in one package but that was the gift given to us...and we are so much richer because of that great man. His humility made me humble, his wit, made me laugh but his over whelming sense of true caring showed me the face of God. Thank you and may your family be at peace......

I have met very few great men in my life and Dr. Reichert was one of them. He was a very modest yet gifted man. My condolences go out to his family especially his son Jim.

He was my great uncle. When my sister and I were young he gave us our beloved pony Pepper. He will truly be missed

Dr. Reichert looked after my rheumatic fever in 1955, love this guy.

Rudy was Ann Arbor medicine. He was doctor to all levels of people. From Bo to children of his multitude of friends. As the sign at his farm read " four boys and not a weed in the place." He was part of such a terrific generation in Ann Arbor. Anyone who met him should be honored.

Rudy was my intimate colleague and advisor for forty years. Words could never adequately express my gratitude for his continuous, wise counseling. I have never had friend that I treasured or admired more than he.
